  • QWho can buy a car from us?
    A

    Whether you are an individual buyer or a dealer, you can purchase a car through Auctionwini. If you live overseas( from S.Korea) and would like to purchase a car through Auctionwini no dealer licence is required. All purchased vehicles must be exported outside of South Korea.

  • QWhen can I start bidding?
    A

    There are three steps that must be completed before being able to bid.
    1. Register for a membership.
    2. Upload a copy of your goverment issued photo ID.
    3. Set your Deposit.

  • QHow much is deposit?
    A

    In order to bid, you have to place a deposit on your account. The minimum deposit amount is $300.

  • QHow long do I have to bid?
    A

    Every auction on Auctionwini has two phases.
    Phase 1: Pre-Bid (Preliminary Bidding)
    The length of Pre-Bid varies from lot to lot.
    Pre-Bid will last until the 1 hour before Live Auction. Please check sale date countdown section.
    Phase 2: Live Auction
    The Live Auction starts 1 hour after Pre-Bid ends.
    Live auctions move very quickly and typically have a length of only few minutes.
    You may join a Live Auction from any lot page with “Join Live Auction” button.

  • QCan I cancel or lower my bid?
    A

    No. All bids are binding and final. Once a bid is submitted, the bidder is obligated to pay the amount of any bid (plus all applicable fees) that they submitted or authorize (or is otherwise submitted or authorized through or under the bidders Member Account) if the bid is accepted. This includes all bids placed during the Pre-Bid and the Live Auction and applies regardless of how or where the bid is placed.

  • QCan I find out the seller's minimum bid price?
    A

    The seller's minimum bid price is not disclosed during the auction. However, if you are the high bidder when the auction ends the seller’s minimum bid will be revealed to you.

  • QWhat is a difference between Pre-Bid and Live Auction Bid?
    A

    Every auction has two phases Pre-Bid and Live Auction. When Auctionwini receives a new vehicle, the vehicle is assigned a sale date and enters Pre-Bid. When the sale date is reached the Live Auction begins that day. Live auctions move very quickly and typically have a length of only few minutes. “Premium” Members, may join a Live Auction by clicking the Join Live Auction button, located in the left-upper menu button. Basic members must upgrade their membership to join a live auction.

  • QAll vehicles are "On Approval" type.
    A

    The seller has reserved the right to approve the final “High Bid” of the Live Auction or Pre-Bid. The seller has 4 hours after Live Auction to approve the bid.

  • QHow can I find out the shipping price for the car?
    A

    You can use our shipping calculator to get the idea how much the shipping is going to cost. However, the shipping calculator will only give you a rough estimate, because shipping price depends on the size and weight of the vehicle. For exact quote please contact our shipping department at shipping@auctionwini.com.

  • QCan I use my own transportation company?
    A

    You are free to use your own transportation company. We deliver your winning car to any place in South Korea. * It may charge extra fee.

  • QWhat is “Container” shipping?
    A

    Auctionwini's vehicles can only be shipped in container. If you think shipping is too expensive, you can also ship bundled with the next auction car.

  • QIs there a time limit to pick up vehicle?
    A

    Yes. Once the item is won, you will be notified on the exact amount of time you have to pick up your item. Free storage day is 14 days. And auction storage fee is $3 per day.

    A

    Year is the manufacturer's designated model year.

    Manufacturer's designation of the vehicle's power train.

    WHOLE (FRESH) Totally submerged in clean water

    BURN WHOLE Extensive fire damage to most/all of the vehicle.

    MECHANICAL DRIVING PART Damage to the engine or mission.
    INTERIOR Damage to the interior, include
    ETC CHEMICAL Chemical contamination of any area of the vehicle.
    HAIL Damage to any vehicle body panels from hailstones.
    NORMAL WEAR No visible evidence of significant accidental damage.
